We're convinced that sport and the people who play it can still turn around the environmentally unfriendly norms that are still all too often accepted and unquestioned. We are particularly keen to develop a sustainable, more responsible model that has proven its worth. To this end, our teams are working on three ambitious innovation projects.
The " NOLT 2.0 " project aims to establish a new 100% digital distribution model in the sustainable sports equipment sector, thanks to a 3D configurator. The digital platform will enable customers to visualize all types of sportswear in 3D, try them on virtually (tailor-made equipment design) and limit waste (no or few item returns).

R-SOCK are the new 100% eco-responsible, circular sports socks designed by NOLT and NOOSA.
The project involves the use of biosourced fibre NOOSAbiosourced fiber, 90% of which is sugar derived from cereals such as corn, wheat and sugar cane, and which is the main raw material for these revolutionary sports socks.
This ecological composition contributes to drastically minimizing the carbon footprint and microplastic discharges into the oceans. Finally, 10% recovered and recycled elastane is incorporated, reinforcing our sustainable approach.
In the long term, the ultimate goal of R-SOCK production is to achieve complete circularity, avoiding the production of new socks from virgin materials. We've come full circle!
One of our official partners, the RC Auch rugby club, will initially receive 300 pairs, which will be recycled at the end of the season to produce future R-SOCKs.

That's exactly what we do with our innovative approach to recycling.
Our high-quality recycled polyester ensures that every used jersey NOLT jersey has a useful second life. Once collected, sorted and processed with our state-of-the-art technology, these fabrics become the durable materials that make up our tough, stylish sports cups.
At NOLTthe printing process used is sublimation, which is much more environmentally friendly than dyeing, which requires greater energy consumption. At a high temperature of between 180° and 210° and accompanied by strong pressure, the water-based ink is impregnated directly onto the jersey and solidifies within it to pigment it.
In addition to being more environmentally friendly, this printing process also enables us to offer a unique, fully customizable design.
Recycling plastic waste into a new fabric savessaves 59% in energy and 32% in CO2 emissionsemissions compared with conventional polyester production, without altering the fabric's quality, technical features or durability. But recycled polyester also releases micro-plastics. So it's not the perfect solution, and believe us, we're working on alternative materials! In the meantime, we encourage you to use a wash bag. To transform clothing into teaching aids such as sports cups or plastic soccer balls, we first collect your jerseys. NOLT jerseys. If they're in good condition, we send them to young sports academies in developing countries, thanks to associations.
However, if they are damaged, they are "reshaped" into sports equipment (soccer studs, sports bowls).
