SUPPORTING MORE INCLUSIVE SPORTS

NOLT puts its expertise at the service of athletes and groups who embody a demanding and committed approach to sport.

In this context, the brand will equip:

  • The French National Team by Cécifoot

Football played by people who are blind or visually impaired. It is played five-a-side, with a ball that makes noise and a special frame that allows players to find their bearings and play safely. A rapidly growing Paralympic sport, blind football is divided into two categories: B1 (blind, Paralympic sport) and B2-B3 (visually impaired). In France, there are 17 clubs and around 400 licensed players, with a national B1 competition organized into two leagues (Elite and Challenger). The French team is the reigning Paralympic champion and three-time European champion. The next international event will be the European Championship in August 2026, hosted by France.

  • The French Wheelchair Soccer Team

A sport for people in electric wheelchairs, particularly those with severe disabilities. It is played indoors, 4 against 4, with the same objective as soccer: to score goals by maneuvering the wheelchair and directing the ball with the bumper. Highly structured in France, the sport has 38 clubs and 805 licensed players, with a French championship (four divisions) and a French Cup. The French team is the two-time world champion and reigning European champion.

  • The French Deaf Football Team
A sport for deaf or hard-of-hearing people, with rules similar to traditional football, where communication on the field is mainly visual. Competitions are played 11-a-side outdoors and 5-a-side in futsal. Deaf football has 26 clubs and 684 licensed players, with 10 competitions organized across the country (11-a-side football, futsal, recreational, men and women). The French men's team won the bronze medal at the last Deaflympics (World Games for the Deaf) in November 2025.

  • The French Amputee Football Team
Suitable for athletes who are amputees (or born with a limb deficiency), amputee football is played with crutches and retains all the intensity of the game. It is played 7-a-side onhalf afootballpitchin two 25-minute halves. The latest para sport to be integrated into the FFH (September 2024), it has 73 licensed players and is rapidly growing: the first French championship will be launched for the 2025-2026 season, with three clubs, including two professional Ligue 1 clubs (Olympique de Marseille and Paris FC). The year 2026 will mark the organization of the first gatherings of the French national team.

A total of 82 players and 41 staff members will be equipped with match, training, and presentation kits.

The partnership is based on three fundamental commitments:

  • Co-creating adapted equipment

The NOLT teams will work closely with players and staff to design equipment tailored to the specific needs of each sport, supporting performance and affirming the identity of the French teams, both on and off the field.

  • Contributing to the visibility of para-football

Alongside the French Handisport Federation, NOLT will help shine a spotlight on France's para-football teams in order to raise the profile of these sports and their athletes among the general public.

  • Supporting the development of the practice

Special offers will be made available to affiliated amateur clubs in the form of benefits and discounts to facilitate access to equipment and support the development of parafootball in the region.

Through this partnership, NOLT is reaffirming its commitment to offering accessible equipment and supporting more inclusive sports.

Gaël Rivière, President of the French Federation of Disabled Sports:

"We are delighted to welcome NOLT as the official equipment supplier for the French Para Football Teams. As president of the French Handisport Federation, and also as a blind football player myself, I understand how essential equipment is not only for performance, but also for feeling fully recognized. This partnership reflects a strong ambition: to engage with a responsible brand that shares our values of inclusivity by supporting all of our disciplines—from blind football to electric wheelchair football, deaf football, and amputee football. Together, we want to grow these sports, make it easier for all our clubs to get the gear they need with an accessible and responsible offering, and give our teams the means to shine at the highest level. We also want to boost their visibility among the general public, especially by taking advantage of the Blind Football European Championship, which France will have the pleasure of hosting in August 2026."
