Once your design has been created and validated, we receive a notification that your simulation has been received. Our sales representative will then contact you to finalize the details. At NOLTwe use sublimation as our printing process. It's much more environmentally friendly than dyeing, which requires greater energy consumption. At a high temperature of between 180° and 210°, and accompanied by strong pressure, the water-based ink is impregnated directly onto the jersey and solidifies within it to pigment it.
