General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") govern the contractual relationship between PHENIX SPORT, commercial brand NOLT, SAS with capital of 12,599 euros, registered with the Nice Trade and Companies Register under number 88902791800032, whose registered office is located at 6, rue Adolphe de Rothschild, 06000 Nice, (hereinafter "NOLT") and any person (hereinafter "the Customer") placing an order for personalized sportswear products via the www.wearenolt.com website.
- Products
NOLT offers sports textile products made from recycled materials, created on demand according to customer specifications. Each product is unique and made-to-measure, which excludes any return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- Controls
To place an order, the Customer must create an account on the site, create the products by providing all the necessary specifications, including the graphic elements for the proofs. The order is validated only after full payment and approval of the proof by the Customer and NOLT.
- Prices and payment
Prices are shown exclusive of tax (HT) or inclusive of tax (TTC). Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, PayPlug or Stripe. Production begins upon receipt of full payment.
- Delivery
NOLT delivers in Europe via DHL, TNT, FEDEX, COLISSIMO or any other local or domestic carrier. Delivery times vary according to carrier and time of year. NOLT cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of packages.
Delivery charges :
- 60x40x40 cm package: €30 excl. tax
- Order via configurator: €9 incl. VAT
- Right of withdrawal and returns
Given the personalized nature of our products, no returns or refunds are possible once the order has been validated or delivered, except in the event of a manufacturing defect. In the event of a defect, the product must be returned to the address indicated at the time of the dispute for reworking.
- Warranties
NOLT offers a legal warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect. The product will be remade but not reimbursed. The customer is responsible for the quality and intellectual property of the logos supplied.
- Liability
The Customer assumes full responsibility for logos provided to NOLT, including intellectual property rights. NOLT is not responsible for verifying these rights.
- Data protection
NOLT collects the following data: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, for commercial purposes. This data is protected by a dedicated plugin on the site and used solely by PHENIX SPORT.
- Intellectual property
Customers must ensure that they have the necessary rights to use the logos supplied to NOLT. PHENIX SPORT and NOLT are protected trademarks.
- Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Tribunal de Commerce de Nice will have jurisdiction.
- Modification of the GTC
NOLT reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The modifications will be applicable as soon as they are published on the site.
